4. Enter the title of the Webpage being submitted. 5. Provide a good description of what is offered, without sales oriented prose. 6. Complete the neccessary details, labeled with an asterisk. 7. Submit the details. Other submission rules:Submitted links into TOP Categories are approved only if they have a PR of minimum 4 and a reciprocal link. Please DO NOT submit your links to the main categories because they will be moved in subcategories or will not be approved. PR 3 and lower (2, 1 and 0) sites are accepted ONLY if they pay a small fee of $4.95
